Before creating tasks, you must create a new task group for BestBuy US
. For help on creating a new task group, follow this guide.
After creating a task group, you will want to use the PID of the product provided by our release guides or can be found at the end or the URL. Using a URL will not work.

The monitor input would be: 6429440
1. Use Multi Input
Description: Enable multiple inputs for monitoring (PID ONLY). Useful when wanting to run multiple products in as single task group.
Use: Toggle on to monitor several SKUs at once in the same task group. Make sure to use only ONE PID PER LINE.
2. Monitor Inputs
Description: Field to input PID or PIDs when using multi-sku (ONE PID PER LINE).
Use: Enter the PID(s) for the products you want to monitor.
3. Proxy List
Description: Dropdown to select your proxy list to be used for the monitoring process ONLY. Reference proxy list setup here.
Use: Select your desired proxy group that you have already created to use for monitoring. Monitor threads will automatically rotate through the entire proxy list.
4. Monitor Delay
Description: Sets the time in milliseconds between each monitoring check.
Use: Adjust this to space out the frequency of your monitor request to Best Buy, helping to balance between speed and avoiding potential temporary proxy bans.
5. Skip Monitoring (Drop Time)
Description: Option to skip over the monitoring and forces tasks to try and add to cart.
Use: Use this toggle during known release times or restocks in the event tasks are still waiting for the monitor to detect stock. Set it to skip over monitoring tasks right when the products are expected to drop/dropping.
6. Auto Start on Restart
Description: Automatically starts tasks when the software opens again.
Use: Ensure that tasks resume without manual intervention after certain bot crashes.
7. Loop Checkouts
Description: Continuously attempts checkout on each individual task after each successful checkout. Set the max number of checkouts per task after enabling the toggle.
Use: Activate this feature to attempt to keep checking out products, useful if you have limited tasks or want the max possible amount of checkouts.
1. Profile & Profile Group
Profiles: Select from your already made profiles or profile groups.
Use: Tasks will always use profile information to check out products, profiles are required for BestBuy.
2. Proxy List
Description: Dropdown to select your proxy list to be used for the checkout process ONLY. Reference proxy list setup here.
Use: Select your desired proxy group that you have already created to use for tasks. Tasks will use this proxy list to try and add to cart + checkout the desired products.
3. Match Account to Profiles
Description: Links specific accounts to the selected profiles.
Use: If you want certain accounts to match certain profiles based on them using the same email.
4. Account - Account Group
Account: Click to select one or more accounts from a dropdown list. Each task will run under the selected account(s).
Account Group: Click to select one of your predefined account groups. The entire account group will be used.
5. Max Queue Time
Description: Maximum time (in minutes) a task will sit in queue.
Use: Tasks will keep trying to get a new place in queue if the queue time is higher than the maximuim time set. Be warned, if the maximum time set is too low, no tasks will be able to join queue.
6. Prelogin
Description: Toggles the option for accounts to log in as soon as tasks are started.
Use: Use to ensure accounts are logged in at the start to avoid an extra checkout step (ONLY WHEN PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE QUEUE). Enabling this may cause issues "infinite" queue loops and is not advised on products with a queue.
7. Use Account Proxy
Description: Option to use the proxy assigned to the account in the accounts tab.
Use: Allows for consistency on which accounts always use the same proxy.
8. In-Store Pickup
Description: Select this option if the product involves purchasing an item for in-store pickup only.
Use: Some products are pickup only and need this toggle in order to be checked out.
9. Use Tax Exempt Code
Description: Applies sales tax exemption when using proper BestBuy business accounts.
Use: Increase profit margin by saving on sales tax when using a tax exempt BestBuy account.
10. Use Reward Certs
Description: Uses account reward certificates at checkout.
11. Error Delay, Task Quantity, Item Quantity
Error Delay: Time to wait after an error before retrying a task.
Task Quantity: Number of tasks to create per profile selected.
Item Quantity: Number of items to attempt to purchase per task per cart.

There is no way to know if a product will be queue protected at drop time. The only way to know is based on previous restocks of that item.

Enable the "Use Multi Input" setting to monitor several SKUs at once within the same task group. Ensure to use only one PID per line when entering multiple PIDs.

What does the 'Skip Monitoring (Drop Time)' feature do?
This feature allows you to bypass monitoring and forces tasks to try and add products to the cart directly during known release times or restocks, enhancing your chances of success.
What is the benefit of the 'Loop Checkouts' feature?
Activating the 'Loop Checkouts' feature allows all tasks in said task group to continuously attempt checkout for each individual task after each successful checkout. This is particularly useful if you have a limited number of tasks or aim to maximize the number of products secured.
Do I need to set up 2FA for Best Buy, and how does it impact task execution? (See IMAP use)
While not something that you will setup, BestBuy will send codes to checkout a queue product to your email. It is best to have IMAP setup to handle thse codes.

The item likely went OOS or the product was pickup only and you were running shipping and vice versa?
Basic BestBuy Setup:
Proxies: ISP Ratio: Ideally 1:1, can sometimes get away with 2:1
Accounts: Yes Ratio 1 task per account per group
Account Proxy: Not recommended, let tasks proxy rotate IMAP: For queue & 2fa
