The Refract Chrome extension is designed to farm Shape anti-bot "cookies" in order to successfully add to cart on sites like Target.
The latest extension version can be downloaded by clicking the above link or clicking here.
It is recommended to use a NEW CHROME PROFILE to avoid conflicts with other Chrome extensions.
After clicking the link, click the folder (middle icon) in the Chrome download tab here.
After downloading, head to file explorer (if on Windows), and extract the extension by clicking "Extract All"
After successfully downloading and extracting the folder (if on Windows), head back over to the Chrome extension tab here.
Once in the Chrome extension tab, ensure Developer Mode is enabled
After ensuring developer mode is enabled, click Load Unpacked
Navigate to the download file then click on the build folder
After opening the build folder, you will see many files. DO NOT click and of these files. Instead, click the select folder (windows) button to add the Refract extension to Chrome.
Once successful, you will now see the Refract extension in your extension hub.
To use the harvester, navigate to the host URL for the site you want to generate cookies for. For example, if you want to use Target go to https://www.target.com/
Once on the Target website, click the puzzle icon then the Refract extension to open it.
DO NOT CLICK "CANCEL" TO DISCONNECT THE EXTENSION! IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GENERATE COOKIES!
Once the harvester opens, you have the option to choose a proxy list. If a list is chosen, a new proxy will be use on every page refresh.
To use the extension to login to accounts, first add your accounts to the accounts tab in Refract.
Next, create Target tasks with your designated accounts.
Start those tasks and tasks should begin waiting for login cookies. Again, DO NO USE THE ACCOUNTS TAB TO LOGIN.
In your Chrome browser with the extension running, head over to the login page here.
Once the site looks like the photo above, enable harvesting and it will harvest login cookies automatically.
You will see a "random" email and password being automatically added. This is NORMAL!
Note: you won't get signed in the browser, but your tasks should move from Waiting for Cookies (Login) to logged in and Waiting for Product if they were running. It may take a couple times to get through.
After all tasks have passed login (i.e. waiting for cookies (login) no longer shows), you can stop generating login cookies and start generating ATC cookies.
If you are logging into the accounts for the first time, OR if the account needs the profile updated, then you will need ATC cookies. These tasks will be logged in, but will need ATC cookies to get to "Waiting for Product" and be able to run.
Please proceed to Step 2 - Generating Add To Cart (ATC) Cookies to generate these cookies to fully login accounts.
Once the Refract extension is open, you can navigate to ANY INSTOCK PRODUCT to generate cookies. An easy product to use is here.
You will see "Something Went Wrong, Try Again!" This is completely normal and part of the harvesting process.
We are trying to generate cart cookies with the extension, not actually cart the product. In turn, you will not see the product added to cart and will instead see the error above, as we are just taking the cookies from the add to cart request.
Finally, to generate cookies ensure the extension is open and click add to cart. When done correctly, you will see the Amount Harvested number increase. This number will decrease as cookies are used or expired.
By turning on harvesting, the Refract extension will automatically click add to cart and generate cookies.

Warning: You MUST use a product that is for shipping only. Using a pickup product WILL NOT WORK.
The browser must be visible and a display connected (e.g. if you're on a server, you must keep an active connection to it)
What is Shape? Shape is Target’s anti-bot system, similar to a CAPTCHA, used to block automated behavior. The extension helps collect cookies to bypass this.
Do I need to activate the extension during botting? Yes, the extension must be active to collect cookies and ensure smooth anti-bot bypass during tasks.
Can the extension, task, and accounts use the same proxies? Yes, the same proxies can be used in all three places.
When should I use ISP vs. residential proxies? ISP proxies are more stable for long-running tasks and should be used on Target. Resis are not advised due to Target using a lot of data.
How often do I need to login accounts with the extension? Sessions logged in with the EXTENSION should last several days/weeks in theory. If you are logging in from the accounts tab (not advised), they may only last a couple hours.
What does a 407 error code mean when using the extension? This is a proxy authentication error. You need to check your proxies as they are likely the cause for this issue.
Why do I get a proxy login pop up when using the extension? Just close it and let it keep running. We are actively trying to improve this experience.
Why does my harvester show I’m signed out? This is normal. The harvester collects cookies, not sessions.
Does the harvester’s proxy need to match the task proxy? No, they can run on different proxies.
What is the workflow during product drops?
Start the bot task.
Activate the extension and automation.
Let the bot run to collect cookies and manage tasks.
Do I need to manually perform add-to-cart actions? No, the bot will automatically handle this when automation is enabled.
My cookie counter isn't going up? There are two reasons for this:
Tasks are using the cookies immediately and getting blocked It's not harvesting properly,
Or re-read this guide to properly setup your extension.
Why is the browser showing the wrong product? Ignore it, we do this to save your proxies some requests
My harvester keeps going back to the login page from product page? Turn off harvesting -> go to product page -> start harvesting again
How do I set the number of browsers for the extension? Ues multiple Chrome USERS and open those desired users, load the extension, and enable automation in each one. Only 1 extension/tab per user/browser.
Why are items not added to the cart during harvesting? Failed add-to-cart attempts are normal when gathering cookies with the extension. Once again, "Something Went Wrong, Try Again" is completely normal! Once the product restocks, the bot will add it automatically.
Can I hide the Chrome browser? NO! The browser must be visible, but you can minimize the extension popup.
Can I run multiple instances of the same extension in different tabs of my same browser? No, you can only run one instance of an extension per Chrome user or browser profile. Multiple tabs or windows under the same extension will not work as expected. If you need to run multiple instances of the extension, we recommend using different Chrome-based browsers, such as Edge or Brave, to diversify your setup. This ensures each extension runs independently in its own browser environment.
What should I do if I get stuck on “Waiting for Cookies (Login)”? Generate new LOGIN COOKIES and tasks should resolve.
What should I do if I get stuck on “Waiting for Cookies”? Generate new ADD TO CART COOKIES via the extension.
What do I do if I'm seeing "Shape Block"? Try using new proxies in your extension, as your cookies are likely flagged. Also, avoid using servers, which are often flagged. Use diverse, trusted IPs.
What does “Not Added to Cart” mean? It indicates that cookies are still being gathered. Enable “Don’t Stop Harvesting” to ensure the process continues smoothly during drops. Again, we are not wanting to add the product to cart with the extension. We are just wanting to get cookies.
How often do cookies expire on Target? Cookie expiration times are dynamic and vary based on Target’s anti-bot system. Using trusted proxies can help ensure smooth operation, even with older cookies.
My extension does not seem to be working properly. Any tips? Open a brand new Chrome user and only add the Refract extension there. Other extensions may be interfering with the Refract extension.
Why do I keep seeing "Shape Block"? SHAPE BLOCKS ARE NORMAL. This happens to everyone especially the later restocks in the day when security goes up (more tasks spamming ATC will increase security on the product). To reduce shape blocks try different chrome users, different devices, different proxies. Other than that just rest your tasks and try again later. ACCOUNTS DO NOT AFFECT SHAPE BLOCK.
