# Walmart Drawings

Walmart releases some products as a drawing instead of a live drop. You enter, Walmart picks the winners, and there is no queue to sit in and no checkout to race. This page covers the whole process.

**A drawing is a separate release type.** Nothing on this page applies to Walmart's regular queue drops or first-come-first-serve (FCFS) restocks, and nothing in the [release guide](/modules/walmart/walmart-release-guide.md) applies to a drawing. Drawings run in Drawing mode. Everything else runs in Normal mode.

#### Add the drawing SKU

Put the drawing SKU into the task group's monitor input, exactly as you would for any other product. Copy it from the #walmart-draw-releases channel in Discord: a drawing has its own SKU, and the product's regular SKU will not enter you. See [Use the drawing SKU](#use-the-drawing-sku).

#### Keep Use Multi Input off

#### Set Mode to Drawing

In **Create Tasks**, set **Mode** to **Drawing**. Keep **Allow Lower Item Quantity** ON, so a drawing with a lower quantity limit does not fail your tasks.

#### Start tasks whenever you like

With the drawing SKU set, tasks can be started at any time. They find the drawing, settle on **Waiting Until** its open time, and sit there until it opens. Start them hours or days ahead if you want.

**That is the whole setup.** Every other setting stays exactly as it is for a normal drop, and there is no timing to hit.

## Use the drawing SKU

A drawing product has its own SKU, separate from the product's regular listing. It is posted in #walmart-draw-releases for every drawing.

**The regular product page SKU will not enter the drawing.** Neither will a GT Collectible or other third-party listing of the same product. Those are normal listings, not the drawing, so always copy the SKU from #walmart-draw-releases.

If your tasks show **Drawing Session Expired**, check the SKU first: make sure it is the drawing SKU, not the regular product page or a third-party listing.

## One product per task group

Use single input for drawings: **Use Multi Input** off, and one drawing product per task group. Multi Input technically works, but as on every site, every task in the group goes for the first product that picks up. That is not what you want when you are entering several drawing products.

To enter the same accounts into several products, give each product its own task group, and keep the task limit below in mind.

## The 2,000 task limit applies to drawings

Walmart's limit of 2,000 tasks per instance counts drawing tasks too. If you are entering more accounts than that, or entering the same accounts into several products, work in batches:

A task stops once its drawing entry succeeds, and a stopped task no longer counts toward your limit.

With those slots free, start the tasks for the next product.

For example, with 2,000 accounts that you want to enter into every product once: enter the first product with all 2,000, then start the next product once those entries are in.

## What you should see

A task that has found the drawing works through a short sequence in its logs, then settles into waiting:

1. Initializing
2. Setting Cookies
3. Checking Payment Information
4. Checking Cart
5. Checking Drawing
6. **Waiting Until Aug 31, 7:00pm MDT**

That last one is the drawing's open time, shown in your own local date and time. Two people entering the same drawing from different timezones see different text for the same moment, so compare against your clock, not someone else's screenshot.

A task sitting on **Waiting Until** has done its job for now. Leave it alone.

**Waiting uses no data.** A task sitting on the drawing's open time is doing nothing but waiting, the same way **Waiting for Product** costs nothing on a queue drop. Starting hours early costs you nothing.

## Drawing errors

### Drawing Session Expired

Check the SKU first. Make sure the task is on the drawing SKU from #walmart-draw-releases, not the regular product page or a GT Collectible or other third-party listing. See [Use the drawing SKU](#use-the-drawing-sku).

### Failed Drawing Quantity

Your **Item Quantity** is higher than the drawing allows. Each drawing sets its own limit, and it can be lower than a normal drop's: the September 9, 2026 drawing allowed 3, not 5. Turn on **Allow Lower Item Quantity** in task edit so the task takes the most the drawing allows, or set **Item Quantity** to the drawing's limit.

## Changing Mode on running tasks

You can switch Mode without recreating your tasks, but the bot completely reinitializes a task when its mode changes. Treat a mode switch as a restart, not a live edit like changing delays. If your tasks are already running in Normal and you flip them to Drawing, they start over.

## What happens after you enter

Your tasks enter the drawing for you. If you win, Walmart charges the card the entry was made with, which is the default card on the Walmart account, and places the order itself. Nothing needs to be running on your side at that point, and there is no checkout for you to complete.

**Which card and address that is comes from your Refract profile.** When the task runs, Refract sets the default shipping and payment info on the Walmart account from the profile assigned to that task. So the profile you put on a drawing task is the one that gets charged and shipped to if you win.

## Does the bot work on drawings?

Yes. Jack entered 3 drawings in September 2026 through the bot, using one main account and nothing else, and won 2 of them. The bot flow works.

What decides a drawing is filtering. Walmart has hours after a drawing closes to analyze every entry, and it filters accounts and profiles heavily. Do not expect to enter 50,000 accounts on the same address or catchall and not get filtered. We are not aware of anyone who has figured out drawings at scale, and it is a very different game from FCFS drops.

## What does not apply to a drawing

The drop-night routine exists for queue drops. None of it carries over here:

* No queue to enter, so nothing to wait in and no queue proxies to worry about.
* No saved-session timing to hit. The "logged in hours before the drop" rule is a queue-drop rule.
* No Offer ID and no Skip Monitoring, the same as queue drops.
* No drop-night checklist, no waves, and nothing to watch while it runs.

If you are running a normal Walmart drop, you want the release guide instead, with Mode left on Normal.
